• Nieuwe Café: The cafe inside Nieuwe Instituut. Drinks and light food options. The café is open to the public and usually quite crowded on Saturdays.
• Dirk van den Broek (directions, 7 minute walk): Large, low-cost supermarket with ready-to-eat options.
• Witte de Withstraat (directions, 4-9 minutes): Entertainment district with literally dozens of places to eat

• Nieuwe Binnenweg (directions, 7-15 minutes): Another nearby restaurant-filled entertainment district.
